Responsibilities

• To confer with existing and prospective customers, assess customer needs, and educate and advise customers on technical and mechanical goods and services
• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
• Collaborate with other staff members and/or departments to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support
• Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions
