Insurance Programs for Carbon Builders Association Members
Health, Dental, Vision, Workers’ Compensation & Builders Risk Insurance
Carbon Builders Association members have access to insurance programs designed for builders, remodelers, contractors, subcontractors, associates, affiliates, employees, families, and individuals.
Through CBA’s connection with the Pennsylvania Builders Association and trusted insurance program partners, members can explore coverage options for employee benefits, health insurance, workers’ compensation, builders risk, dental, vision, Medicare products, voluntary benefits, and more.
Insurance Options Available to Members
Builders Risk Insurance
CBA builder members may access a Builders Risk Insurance Program serving HBA members for more than 14 years. Coverage may include protection for physical damage, theft, vandalism, materials, supplies, temporary structures, and project-related property, depending on the policy and carrier.
Members may be able to choose from single-project policies or modified blanket builders risk coverage.

- Physical Damage: Protection against fire, lightning, wind (may have limitations in coastal areas), hail, and explosions.
- Theft and Vandalism: Coverage for materials and equipment on the job site or stored off-site.
- Materials and Supplies: Insurance for building materials, fixtures, and/or equipment intended for the project, whether on-site or in transit.
- Temporary Structures: Coverage for items like scaffolding, fencing, and forms used during construction.
- Your Choice of Single Shot Policy (based on a per-project basis) or Modified Blanket Builders Risk Program.
Membership with Caron Builders Association is Required.
Health Insurance

Carbon Builders Association members can access My Benefit Advisor through the Pennsylvania Builders Insurance Program. This program helps employers and individuals compare options, understand benefits, and manage employee benefit decisions.

For Your Company and Employees, Family or Individual Coverage the MBA program guides employers through the complexity of planning, communicating, and managing employee benefits. We can also help members shop for individual and family health insurance as well as assist in applying for a government subsidy.
Workers’ Compensation Insurance
CBA members also have access to a Workers’ Compensation Program created for the homebuilding industry. The program is designed to help eligible members manage costs, improve claims handling, and access risk management support.
